WALKER or RUNNER

Are you a Walker or a Runner??

Participants who would like to run some of the way but walk the majority must enter as a runner. Only participants who will walk the complete course should register as a walker.

On race day you should marshal under the JOGGERS/FUN RUNNERS marker

To allow runners who are trying to achieve their personal best times the 12km start will have the following marshalling areas;

  • ELITE
  • Sub 60
  • 61mins - 70mins
  • 71mins – 80mins
  • 81mins – 90mins
  • 91mins +
  • JOGGERS/FUN RUNNERS
