2013 Sunday Mail Village Sites

The Sunday Mail City-Bay Fun Run is an iconic South Australian event. It is the biggest fun run/walk in Australia per head of capita. Here is your opportunity to be part of the fun and festivities on the day!

At the Conclusion of the race the reserves of Glenelg come alive with entertainment, food and drink stalls, merchandise, screens, massages and much more! Corporate, teams and charity groups are able to book a site for their members to meet and celebrate after the race on Wigley Reserve, Colley Reserve and Brian Nadilo Reserve – Ngutinilla. Please note: positions on Colley Reserve are limited due to reservations for sponsors.

All sites will be in increments of three (3) meters in length with front access.
As per 2012 the rows on Wigley Reserve will comprise of 6m tents split down the middle for access both sides (refer to map for example).
All groups wishing to set up an area must book a site as the available area is organised with approval from the City of Holdfast Bay and the Event Manager from the Sunday Mail City-Bay Fun Run.

You will be sent details confirming your booking and site number by Monday 26 August 2013.

Please note: As demand is increasing and attendance is at a record high, we will be unable to sell space/area if you are not intending to erect a tent. This space cannot be monitored with the crowd numbers. If you do not have a tent, please book one below.

Village sites are to be used as recovery / meeting place / breakfast for your team members, no selling/exchange of money in any form is permitted.
Product sales, product expos and the distribution of flyers are prohibited. Team banners only permitted inside your tent
