Get fit and ready for the Sunday Mail City-Bay at the Free Anytime Fitness 12 Training Workshops.
Bring your friends and get ready to have fun. Workshops will consist of beginners, intermediate and advanced training groups. We encourage you to take it at your own pace.
You don't need to register for the workshops and you're welcome to join at any time during the 12 weeks.
