The Advertiser 6km Run or Walk Instructions

The 6k run/walk of the Sunday Mail City-Bay Fun Run leaving from Centro at Kurralta Park Shopping Centre creates another iconic section of the City-Bay Fun Run. At the 6k you find a very competitive bunch of runners, who aren't quite ready for the 12k; or maybe want to achieve a personal best time over the shorter distance.

But just as is the case at the 12k start you will find lots of families and friends who contribute to an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. So why not join in the fun, bring your family set a goal and register to participate. You may have some family members who want to do the 12k and others that want to do the 6k; that's OK, just meet up at the end amongst the Village entertainment on the reserves at the Bay.

The Sunday Mail Medals

Every child age 15 and under who officially enters in any stage of the Sunday Mail City-Bay fun run will receive a medal to acknowledge their participation.
